ICONZ Wired Country Troubleshooting Guide

Every Wired Country customer should have a device connected to their router, which links them to the wireless dish on your roof or wall. Occasionally, this device can have problems, and may need a restart.

Locate your Wired Country device. It will be connected to your computer or router and should look similar to the picture below.

Once you have found this device, you will need to restart it. To do this, disconnect the power cable and leave the device off for at least one minute. Once you reconnect the power cable, the device can take around 30 seconds to reboot itself.
