You should be looking at a screen similar to this:

Type ping, then type the number written next to Default Gateway (eg. ping 192.168.5.100), then press enter.

The information displayed should be similar to the below:

If so, click here

If instead you see 'request timed out', your computer is not communicating with your IPSTAR terminal. You could try the following:

Restarting the computer

Restarting the terminal
