ICONZ IPSTAR Satellite Internet Troubleshooting Guide
Are you having problems with your IPSTAR Satellite Internet connection? If so, please follow the below steps to help us diagnose and resolve the fault.
Locate your IPSTAR terminal. It should look similar to this:

Once you have located the IPSTAR terminal, check which lights are currently lit on this device. The top light is the power light, and should be constantly on. The second and third lights should be on, but may be flashing. The bottom light should be constantly on.

Reboot the IPSTAR terminal. There is a power switch located on the back of the terminal. Turn the unit off for at least one minute, and then turn it back on. Allow the unit at least 30 seconds to reconnect itself.
Again, check the lights on the terminal.
- If the 'sync to satellite' (bottom light) is on constantly, Your IPSTAR terminal should now be connected to our network. Check to see if you can now go on the internet. If not, click here
