Email Set Up - Instructions for Entourage
This is a guide to setting up e-mail for Entourage. If you use the default mail program in Mac Os X, often known simply as 'Mail', please click here.
Start Microsoft Entourage 2001. If you have not yet installed it, you will need to do so before continuing with this guide.
Once the program is open, click Tools, and select the Accounts from the drop down menu.

Click New, and select Mail to continue.

NOTE This is a guide to creating a new account - if you wish to check settings for an existing Entourage account, click here.
You should be presented with the following screen:

Enter your name or company name into the Display Name field. This is what will display in the From field when others view e-mail from you. Once done, click next to continue.

Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use
Type your e-mail address into the E-mail address box, and click Next.
You should be presented with the following window:

Set My incoming mail server to POP server.
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers should be set as below
For @iconz.co.nz email addresses:
Incoming (POP3) server: mail.iconz.co.nz
Outgoing (SMTP) server: mail.iconz.co.nz
For @internet.co.nz email addresses:
Incoming (POP3) server: mail.internet.co.nz
Outgoing (SMTP) server: mail.internet.co.nz
For @ezysurf.co.nz AND @e3.co.nz email addresses:
Incoming (POP3) server: mail.visp.co.nz
Outgoing (SMTP) server: mail.visp.co.nz
Once done, click Next.

Enter your username into the Account ID field, and your password into the password field. If you're unsure of your username or password, please feel free to give us a call on 0800 843 638.
Click Next to continue

Under Account name, type a name for this account, such as ICONZ. This does not affect any mail you send - it's just a local name for the account on your computer.
Tick Include this account in my Send & Recieve All schedule
Click Finish to end the wizard
