Dial Up Connection Set Up Instructions - Windows 95, 98 & 2000
Click on Start, then Settings and then Dial Up Networking. Click onto Make New Connection.

Type "internet" as the name for the computer you are dialing.
Click Next.

Check that there is not a tick next to Dial using the area code and country code.

Click the Next button to continue.
Type in your ICONZ username in the Username box.
Type in your ICONZ password in the Password box.
In other words if you type in USERNAME (all capitals) instead of username (all lowercase) ICONZ will not recognize you. The same thing goes for the password. Type in your Username and Password exactly as you chose them when you joined. The password you type in shows up as a bunch of stars to keep it private.
Click the Next button.

You will now have an Internet dial-up networking connection.

Close the Dial Up Networking page.
That should take you back to your Desktop screen and you should see a new Shortcut called Shortcut to internet. You can connect to Internet by using that shortcut. Don't forget to enter your username and password when you do.
You will now have an Internet dial-up networking connection.
Right click onto the Internet icon and then select "Create Shortcut". You'll get a prompt asking you to make the shortcut on the Desktop instead. Click Yes.
