Who qualifies to be an ICONZ Channel Partner? Who won't qualify?
ICONZ Channel Partners are typically parties who can value add on top of or make use of our managed hosting services and connectivity solutions. ICONZ has Channel Partners in the following IT fields:

. E-commerce implementation
. Network outsourcing and integration
. Web design, conceptualisation and advertising. You should apply to become a ICONZ Channel Partner if you are looking for a hosting partner with whom you can work together to in a non-competitive relationship to better service to your clients. Please note that ICONZ Channel Partners have certain responsibilities to bear.
Because ICONZ is built on loyalty and long-term relationships, it is NOT for parties who are looking for:

How Exactly Can I Resell ICONZ products?
Easy! Once you have completed an application form and been accepted as an ICONZ accredited partner, you have the suite of ICONZ ‘partner solutions and services’ that you can choose from either to resell as they are, or bundled and integrated with your overall client solution. The ICONZ Partners program provides significant discounts off normal commerical rates which increases based on the total value of your ‘client’ monthly billed revenue. On top of this, for qualifying resales, ICONZ will pay the Channel Partner a commision on that sale (terms and conditions apply)
What exactly is an ICONZ Channel Partner?
ICONZ has a diverse pool of Channel Partners that all have differing and interesting profiles. In general, ICONZ Channel Partners are parties that are able to add services to or include ICONZ managed hosting or internet services by providing consultation, integration, web design, programming or other related IT services. You might be interested in becoming a ICONZ Channel Partner if you are: . A graphics designer with no interest in handling overly-technical server details. . An Internet company that requires stable, full-time web or managed hosting specialists and internet services for its clients. . A professional company that requires premium grade managed hosting and internet connectivity services for its clients . A free-lance Internet consultant that requires a reliable network of contacts for his clients.
What are the responsibilities of an ICONZ Channel Partner?
The ICONZ Channel Partner is responsible for his or her clients. ICONZ will remain transparent to the Channel Partner's client at the request of the Channel Partner, who is also expected to handle billing, administrative details and first level service response for their clients. ICONZ 24 x 7 Customer Care team provide all second level support from the Channel Partner but will not engage directly with the end client unless advised by the Channel Partner.

ICONZ imposes no restrictions on the prices Channel Partners charge their clients, or the manner in which Channel Partners resell ICONZ solutions. . Security. Valuable Partnership. ICONZ maintains a fully non-competitive relationship with its Channel Partners. Because ICONZ does not do web design or any other kind of content work (including web programming or website maintenance), ICONZ depends on its Channel Partners to value-add its raw solutions and services with their valuable applications and skills. . Financial rewards. As an ICONZ Channel Partner, you can earn a one off commission from referring clients to ICONZ (terms and conditions apply), apply additional margin to our services and receive substantial discounts off our service rates based on the value of your monthly client billing.
Can I mark up the ICONZ solutions and services to my customers?
ICONZ imposes no limitations on the prices that Channel Partners quote to their clients. Because the Channel Partner typically provides value-added services such as IS consultancy, the Channel Partner has complete freedom to charge his clients whatever he wants. This includes breakdowns of costs that includes connectivity, managed and dedicated hosting quotations.
Will my customers know that I am using ICONZ as a hosting partner?
Although ICONZ will make every effort to remain transparent to the Channel Partner's clients, there is never any guarantee that your clients will not be able to find out who we are. However, there are a number of measures the Channel Partner can take to be able to keep ICONZ transparent to their clients. What are your Channel Partner prices like?
Channel Partners may be entitled to discounts off our standard prices.
Do I have to sell ICONZ solutions and services with the ICONZ name/ with the same features?
That's entirely up to you, the Channel Partner. ICONZ has Channel Partners that do both. ICONZ prefers to deal only with the Channel Partner rather than his individual clients, and therefore bills the Channel Partner for any and all of his client's servers. The Channel Partner is free to repackage ICONZ solutions and services with any number of features, and at any price preferred. The Channel Partner is also welcome to install and run any third-party software that he feels may value-add upon his services, subject to ICONZ server policies.
Can I reproduce your materials for my customers, branded with my company name?
Yes, you may. ICONZ Channel Partners are free to reproduce ICONZ marketing material, from prices to package descriptions and even billing materials. PLEASE NOTE: Channel Partners may reproduce ICONZ solutions, services and miscellaneous material only for as long as they remain ICONZ Channel Partner
