	Details:	Dear Valued customer. Our backhaul provider for the outlying Auckland region connections has advised that they need to perform critical maintenance on their equipment in order to replace a faulty part which the manufacturer reports could lead to a hardware lockup. During this maintenance there will be a period of several minutes when the backhaul will not work as the faulty part is removed, the new part inserted, and the equipment restarted. Maintenance date: Sunday 12 July 2009 Maintenance time: 1-2 outages of several minutes between 08:00 and noon Mainenance reason: Backhaul provider critical equipment fix If there are any problems that are caused by this outage please don't hesitate to call our helpdesk on 0800843638.
