Getting started with ICONZ's co-location service is easy. Our collocation experts will work with you to assess the amount of space you need within our data center, schedule installation and plan for ongoing management if necessary.
- SPACE REQUIREMENTS
The amount of space required will be based on the size of your server solution and can range from a single server to multiple rack space. - DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Once the space has been reserved in our datacenter, the next step is to deliver the equipment. You can either deliver the equipment in person or have it shipped to our datacenter. Our infrastructure technicians will work with you to ensure your hardware safely reaches its new home. - SERVER MANAGEMENT
Although the server is physically located in our datacenter, you have full access to manage your solution. Remote access can be configured based on your solution, or a visit to the datacenter can be scheduled at any time, 24x7x365. Unlike other providers, ICONZ do not charge for datacentre visits.
In addition, ICONZ server engineers are on staff 24x7x365 to assist you with manual reboots as well as onsite troubleshooting.
