ADSL BROADBAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ICONZ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. In the case of such a change, ICONZ will give notice to all New ADSL Broadband customers.
Megabyte usage is based on the amount of data transferred through your ADSL Broadband connection (both uploading and downloading) this is charged at (0.0033c/MB - i.e. $3.42/GB for plans up to 40GB and 0.0022c/MB - i.e. $2.24/GB for plans over 40GB) above and beyond your allocated monthly plan usage.

Free modem and connection offer is available until 31/05/2012 and includes the Dynalink/Netcomm ADSL2+ 1-Port Wired Modem/Router and standard ADSL Connection Only option. A wiring charge may apply in some instances, for example if you have a monitored alarm or more than five jack-points in use.
Free Modem not available with 2GB plan.
A 12 month minimum term and $149.00 including GST early termination fee apply.

ADSL Broadband is not available in all areas and broadband speeds do vary depending on distance from your local exchange, your computer's capability, modem connection and wiring. Therefore speeds are a best efforts service of those indicated.

Advertised modems are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, ICONZ reserve the right to substitute a modem of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that a connection and wiring is ordered and no one is available at the premises when a Chorus Technician is scheduled to carry out the installation; the customer will be required to pay a $111.27 including GST abortive end user site visit fee.
Customers who wish to upgrade their ADSL modem during their contract term will be required to pay the recommended retail price.
