VERSA Enterprise takes advantage of our Cloud Service platform whilst providing you with the unique ability to select  your own dedicated HP blade server(s) and have access to your own dedicated Fibre Channel SAN disk groups.  No capital outlay and we manage everything as if it were our own. This means that you can completely control your application environment, provision servers and run applications that may not be ideally designed or suited to multi tenanted environments or virtualisation.

FLEXIBILITY

ICONZ have a wide range of HP Blade server hardware to choose from. Our technical specialists are very experienced in providing sizing recommendations based on your application , database and performance requirements. If your needs change at any time throughout the term of your contract you can easily upgrade the hardware component with no penalties.

CUSTOMISABLE

As a VERSA Enterprise customer, you can customise your VERSA environment any number of ways. You can install your own hypervisor or use ours. Within the VERSA EVA SAN environment you have access to  your own dedicated disk groups (2Tb standard), with the added flexibility of wider RAID configurations.  Operating fibre channel disk on the VERSA EVA SAN, you can rest in the knowledge that you are using the highest performance disk type. There is nothing faster.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS

Service Level Agreements (SLA) are available for VERSA Enterprise customers as we recognise that special environments require special support.  Your tailored SLA provides remedies in the unlikely event of any downtime  event caused by the network, data centre infrastructure, or the VERSA Cloud environment.

DEDICATED  ACCOUNT MANAGER

All  VERSA Enterprise clients are assigned a dedicated account manager who is responsible for attending to your needs and holding regular account and system performance reviews with your IT team.
